My name is Ryan, I was born in Wolverhampton, I moved to East Lothian when I was five and grew up in Longniddry. East Lothian was the perfect place for me to grow up as it nurtured my love of the outdoors. I have always been very passionate about animals, especially dogs, and I am a keen fisherman and golfer.
My working background before I started up Byron's K-9 Services was in the science sector. I worked within this sector for 8 years and although I met some great friends and enjoyed work, i had always dreamed of having a job where I could work with dogs and be outdoors for most of the day.
In September 2014 I became a Dad for the first time. I decided to 'bite the bullet' and start up Byron's K-9 Services. As well as keeping me fit and being a flexible job to fit around my family, I also get to spend more time with my Labrador Byron who loves nothing more than a long walk and dip in a muddy pond.
I am police disclosure checked and approved by East Lothian Council on the Professional Dog Walker Scheme. I can be found on the Council approved Dog Walker list, I have a Dog Boarding License and I’m fully insured.
I look forward to getting to know you and your K-9 companions.
